2012년도 APEC 기후 심포지엄
APEC 기후센터(APCC)에서는 2005년 센터 설립 이후부터 매년 APEC 기후 심포지엄을 개최하여 아태지역 기상청 대표단과 기후과학 및 활용 분야 과학자, 정책입안자, 이해관계자 등을 초청, 관련 논의를 진행해 오고 있습니다. 2012년도 APEC 기후심포지엄은 2012년도 APEC 의장국인 러시아 쌍테부르크(St. Petersburg)시에서 러시아 기상청(Federal Service for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring of Russia, Roshdromet)과 보예이코프 지구물리 관측소(Voeikov Main Geophysical Observatory, MGO)의 공동 주관으로 2012년 10월 8일부터 11일까지 4일간 개최되었습니다. 본 심포지엄의 주제는 '정책결정에서의 기후정보 활용(Harnessing Using Climate Information for Decision Making: An In-Depth Look at the Agriculture Sector)'으로 선정되었습니다.
