BUSAN, 26 September 2016 – Synthesis of the latest model forecasts for October 2016 to March 2017 (ONDJFM) at the APEC Climate Center (APCC), located in Busan, Korea, indicates the ENSO state to be neutral. The forecasts for the whole period show positive temperature anomalies to prevail over the globe. Highly probable above normal rainfalls over the maritime continent are predicted for OND.
