APCC and Seoul National University Asia Center to Sign MOU to Respond to Climate Change and Promote Sustainable Growth in Asia

APCC and Seoul National University Asia Center(SNUAC) signed MOU to respond to climate change and promote sustainable growth in Asia at APCC building in Busan, Korea on May 12, 2023.
This MOU was signed to lay the foundation for joint climate change response efforts in climate-sensitive sectors such as agriculture, water resources, and disaster prevention between APCC and SNUAC. By so doing, both institutes would like to contribute to sustainable growth and prosperity in Asia.
With the signing of this MOU, the two organizations plan to pursue as follows;
▲ Promoting food security and securing stable water resources by actively supporting the use of climate prediction information in the fields of agriculture, forestry, and water resources
▲ Promoting joint participation in domestic and global projects for climate change response and carbon reduction
▲ cooperating to jointly hold various capacity-building programs, academic seminars, and workshops to respond to climate change.
