How to use PICASO

The Pacific Island Countries Advanced Seasonal Outlook (PICASO) is a downscaled seasonal forecast offline software tailored for the Pacific region that allows Pacific Island National Meteorological Services to generate high quality 3 month rainfall forecast data for their own country.
