In July 2020, the APEC Climate Center (APCC) launched its online user support (help desk) service in order to facilitate communication between our users and operators regarding our climate information services, and to collect user feedback.
Users can access the help desk service by going directly to help.apcc21.org or through the APCC homepage (www.apcc21.org) and each of our climate service websites.
The help desk service is a platform that provides users with information and support related to APCC’s climate information services, answers to inquiries, and instructions to solve problems.
